PRO-DAY SUMMER BASEBALL
CAMPS COMING TO ORANGE BEACH (AL)
IN JULY at OB SPORTS/PLEX
ORANGE BEACH, AL -- PRO-DAY Professional Baseball Summer Camps will be held on July 6-11 and July 20-25 at the OB Sports/Plex in Orange Beach for players 8-18 years of age with overnight stay available for grades 5-12.
Campers will receive instruction from a staff that has been in professional baseball either as a player, coach, scout or from a collegiate coach or player.
"It will be a great week for baseball at the beach," said Jeff Gross, director of PRO-DAY Baseball. "Campers will receive a tremendous amount of baseball information each day and have an opportunity to improve on their skills during workouts and games.
"Many activities are scheduled for overnight campers in the evenings away from the playing field. It will be a fun week of baseball for everyone," added Gross.
Instruction will cover all phases of the game from hitting, fielding, pitching and base-running. Campers may choose from three different tuition options for the camp.
Cost per week: Boarding Camper ($395) will receive three meals a day and overnight stay. Day Camper ($295) will go from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. daily which will include breakfast and lunch. Half-Day Camper ($195) is from 8:30 a.m. - Noon and includes breakfast. (Sign-up for both weeks and receive $50 rebate at check-in).
